How to get the DNA ID of your device

DNA ID

  • Section 1 for FTDI

    1. Insert cable into the dma card update/jtag port
    2. Extract the downloaded folder
    3. Open Zadig and select options at the top
    4. Click on "List all devices"
    5. Then select Quad Interface 0 device in the list
    6. Click on replace driver (If it says reinstall driver, click on it as well)
    7. Once done, go back in the dnadump folder
    8. Double click xilinx-dna-ftdi.bat
    9. Copy (CTRL + C) + paste (CTRL + V) the entire output in text format in your ticket (No screenshot will be accepted.)

  • Section 2 for CH347

    1. Insert cable into the dma card update/jtag port
    2. Extract the downloaded folder
    3. Open CH341PAR.EXE
    4. Click on install driver
    5. Once installed, go back into the dnadump folder
    6. Double click xilinx-dna-ch347.bat
    7. Copy (CTRL + C) + paste (CTRL + V) the entire output in text format in your ticket (No screenshot will be accepted.)
